Care of the present war-grave grounds
Plötzensee now contains a park and war-grave grounds. Former private plot rights have expired. An enquiry about maintaining an ordinary active family plot therefore cannot simply be applied to this site.
Identify the particular place first
Discuss any surviving inscription or historically documented grave with Mitte cemetery administration first. For preservation or cleaning work, identify the place and reason for the enquiry. Do not independently alter planting, monuments or communal memorial areas.
